The prestigious Lahari Recording Company proprietors Manohar Naidu and Thulsiram Naidu (Velu) have filed a case on Radio City for not clearing dues for last three and half years.

For Radio City channel the software used is from Lahari Recording Company on a legal contract. The amount to the extent of Rs.1.5 crores is not cleared from the day of contract. The Radio City showed another great disrespect to the government of India by not filing the service Tax.

A few days ago at the City Session Court Lahari Recording Company has filed a case for return of contract amount.

Henceforth the software belonging to Lahari Recording Company has been stopped. Further usage with available stock also amounts to illegality.
